I am taking a cooking class with my aunt who lives in Greece!! She is a really good cook :) I am going to be posting some of the recipes that she has told me to make and that i think are really good!!
Here is one recipe I learned to do from my aunt who lives in Greece, that is a Greek appetizer that you can serve for an appetizer, and only takes about 10min to make and after you make it people think you are the BEST cook in the hole world! I hope you enjoy it!!!!!!!! KK
Kassiani's Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients:
1 1/2  cucumbers
3 1/2 big heaping spoons full of Greek yogurt  
2 T olive oil
1 T of red wine vinegar
1 t salt (a pinch)
2 medium cloves of garlic (depending on how much garlic you like)  
3 sprinkles of dill
Things you will need:
peeler
cutting bored
knife
2 spoons
grater
2 bowls
sieve or paper towels 
measuring spoons
How to make it 
Peel the cucumbers
Cut the cucumber down in have.

3) De seed it with a spoon.
4) Take your cucumber and greet it. 
5) Take your cucumber out and put them in a paper towel or a sieve put the clump of cucumber and put it in the towel and get all the water/ouster out!
6) Take 2 cups a yogurt and mix it w/the cucumber then mix in 1 t of red wine vinegar 2 T of olive oil some salt. 
then spelt to 2 bowls 
8) 1 Garrett and some fresh dill       
ENJOY!!!!
Here is something that i just tried because i wanted a cake/muffin for breakfast.... and then after i took out the recipe i found out that it was my other aunt (who leaves in Montana) COFFEE Cake's recipe!!!! It is the best coffee cake!!! I hope you enjoy the recipe :) KK 
Blueberry Coffee Cake
350° 35 – 45min (put a toothpick in to check if it’s ready)
Ingredients:
½ cups butter (1 stick)
1 cup brown sugar.
1 cup milk
2 ½ cups flour
1t cinnamon
½ salt
3 T baking powder
½ baking soda
1 or more cups BLUEBERRIES 
How to make it:
Just add everything together in a kitchen add…. Then take it out of the kitchen add mixer (it’s still in the bowl) and  add the blueberries!!!
Topping For Coffee Cake:
½ t cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
¾ cup flour
½ butter (not soft not hard)
¼ cup oats
It should look a little brown…..
